Purpose

The PAC Teacher Incentive Fund exists to alleviate teacher out-of-pocket expenses and help create a positive, engaging classroom environment. Funds can be used for materials that enhance the student experience and classroom atmosphere.

Each 1.0 FTE is allocated $250 per school year.


Submission Instructions

To streamline reimbursements, please follow these steps once per term:

  1. Accumulate receipts for eligible items only.
    • No personal purchases on submitted receipts.
  2. If using Teacher-Pay-Teacher (TPT): include a credit card statement screenshot showing the charge in CAD.
  3. Complete the PAC Receipt Submission Form. (Download HERE or link is listed below)
    • Place the form as the cover sheet.
  4. Scan everything into one PDF (form + all receipts).
    • Suggested filename: Lastname_PAC_TIF_[Term][Year].pdf (e.g., Taylor_PAC_TIF_Fall2025.pdf).
  5. Email your PDF to the PAC Treasurer.

    • Subject line: PAC TIF Reimbursement – [Your Name] – [Grade]

Final deadline for submission: Friday, June 12, 2026.


Eligible Purchases

Purchases may include, but are not limited to:

  • Student rewards/reinforcers: stickers, candies, small toys, pencils, bookmarks, fidgets
  • Classroom enhancements: books, puzzles, games, baskets, special art supplies
  • Learning activities: Teacher-Pay-Teacher (TPT) activities, science experiment materials
    Celebration items: materials related to seasonal or classroom celebrations (e.g., Halloween, end of year)

Not eligible: field trips, equipment, furniture, or general classroom supplies.
