2017 Panorama Heights PAC Annual Spring Fair

Come on out with the whole family and join in the fun at our Spring Fair. We have it all – food, games, inflatable bouncers, face painting, a cake walk and silent auction!!! Click here to see what we have planned.

Place Panorama Heights Elementary school grounds
Cost $5.00 admission per child
$5.50 Single slice pizza meal
$7.50 Two slices pizza meal
$6.50 One jumbo hotdog meal
$10.00 Two tacos meal
$1.00 per cake walk play

Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Snocones, Slushees, Ice Cream and other concession items also available for purchase on the day of the fair (cash).

To reduce food waste, all meals are available by pre-orders only. There will be no meals for purchases on the day of the fair. Pre-order to avoid disappointment.
Payment Method Pre-orders only accept electronic payment via credit card or your own PayPal account – using the order form below.
Order Instructions Place your entire family order under one child name.
Order Deadline Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.Friday, May 26, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
How to Pick Up Your Order Orders are picked up on the day of the fair, starting at 5:00p.m.
Orders will be sorted by Division #, then by child name. Please ensure that you have this information at pickup.
Refund Available on or before May 25, 2017

Important Notes
Please be sure to keep your PayPal confirmation receipt. If you do not receive an order confirmation from PayPal, the order was not processed. If a mistake is made when entering your order, please contact the Spring Fair Coordinators immediately.
