Place: Served cafeteria-style from the school foyer.
Menu: Meal includes your choice of hot grilled SUB: Grilled Cheese, Turkey with Cheese, or Tuna; plus a side item, a Christmas treat, and choice of drink. This hot lunch does not accept substitutions or special requests.
Cost: Meal combo –$6.50
How to Order: Lunch must be pre-ordered using the order form here, prior to the deadline.
Order Deadline: Monday, December 16, 2019 at Noon.
Payment Method: Electronic payment via credit card or your own PayPal account – using the online order form. No cash will be accepted.
Allergy Alert: This vendor uses mayonnaise inside the Tuna Sub. If you child has allergies to eggs or milk products, please do not order the tuna sub. Please specify other food allergies by selecting the Allergy Alert checkbox in the order form below and enter allergen information in the Allergy Description section. For any concerns, please email the Hot Lunch Coordinators directly.
Refunds: If you would like a refund, please contact the Hot Lunch Coordinators prior to the order deadline.

If you can help with this hot lunch, please check off “Yes, I can volunteer” when filling out your order form, or meet in the kitchen by the gym at 11:45 on the day of service. After serving the food, we also need volunteers to wipe trays from about 12:30-1:30. Thanks in advance for your help!
